The DeLTA project will generate new knowledge on change in higher education that can be applied by other institutions. We investigate whether and how the DeLTA project influences thinking and behaviors among faculty, departments, and the institution. We also generate and refine resources to support UGA and other institutions in working toward the core commitments.
A research-based resource, the Guides to Advance Teaching Evaluation, supports STEM departments in moving toward more robust and equitable teaching evaluation. Read about it in a 2022 CBE-Life Sciences Education research article.
